Pricing
The model, plainly. Specific rates are quoted per venue, because they depend on the size of the room and the inventory committed.
Where the booking came from decides the rate
Platform
Strobe brought the guest
Full rate: it replaces a PR commission of roughly the same size, for a guest you could not otherwise reach
Venue
Your own guest, booking through Strobe’s software
Payment costs only
Channel
A partner (concierge, chauffeur operator, hotel, event brand) selling your inventory
Wholesale. The partner sells at their own markup and keeps the spread
The billing basis, stated plainly
The percentage is charged on the committed minimum, not on a guess at what a table will actually spend, and never on numbers you self-report.
Zero on anything Strobe didn’t carry
Anything typed in by hand, and anything paid in cash at the till, is billed at zero, and the line still appears on the invoice with the fee printed as €0. If Strobe didn’t provide it, Strobe doesn’t bill it.
The software fee
A small monthly base, quoted per venue.
Orders and drinks
Orders through the app (the open tab at the table) are priced separately and much lower.
Quoted, not listed
The base fee and the rates depend on the size of the room and the inventory you commit. Request access and you get a quote, not a checkout.
No lock-in
Standard term, standard notice. Your data exports in full, in the shape your accountant already accepts, whenever you ask: including on the way out.

Asked by every GM we’ve sat with
Do I pay if they don’t show up?
The deposit is collected up front and is yours to keep under the terms you published. Cancellation terms are yours; the system enforces whatever you published.
What’s the percentage charged on?
The committed minimum. Not a guess at actual spend, not numbers you self-report.
What if I want to leave?
Standard notice, and your data leaves with you.
Do you take a cut of my bar?
No. Orders through the app are priced separately and much lower, and anything paid in cash at your till is billed at zero.
Is the floor plan really free?
No. It’s waived for launch partners, as a partnership waiver with an end date written into the contract. We don’t do “free forever”.
